I’m Victoria Wood, a passionate Business English Coach dedicated to empowering Spanish-speaking HR leaders. For over 15 years I have helped Spanish-speaking business leaders, including many in HR, navigate the challenges of English communication in the workplace. I understand the frustration that comes from lacking the relevant HR vocabulary and struggling to lead meetings, conduct interviews or make presentations confidently. About Victoria

Victoria is a mother to two wonderful little girls, an English coach and an entrepreneur. She was born in London, grew up in Cambridge, studied Business Management and Spanish in Birmingham and Barcelona, and now lives in Madrid with her family, where she has been running her own Business English coaching business for over 15 years.

She challenges her clients to debunk their limiting beliefs about learning English and gives them the language and communication tools and techniques needed to speak English fluently and naturally at work. She is passionate about boosting their confidence so they can get the results they want and make a positive impact on colleagues, clients and candidates.
